Thanks to our close cooperation with the Chinese manufacturer Luban Cabin – a world leader in capsule homes – we can offer unique solutions that were previously only available in Asian and Western markets.
Luban Cabin is a recognized manufacturer from China, belonging to Shandong Endless Landscape Technology Co., Ltd, part of the Huati group.
The company has enormous production facilities (over 200,000 m²) and produces over 200 units per month. It also holds over 130 patents in the field of modular and capsule home technology.

What are capsule homes?
A capsule home is a compact, modular residential or commercial structure that allows for quick assembly and easy adaptation in any location. It features an intelligent control system, modern design, high-quality materials, and the possibility of personalization according to individual needs. They are finding increasingly wider application in various areas of life.
Can I see a capsule before making a purchase decision?
Yes, there is a possibility of a demonstration presentation and getting to know the product’s potential.
Our showroom offers a meeting in a capsule office, which is the D70 model. Currently, we have the following models on site: K70, E30. Additionally, we have mini-models of capsules: K50, FH60, RADIO, D70, R30 with a 1:1 representation.We kindly ask for prior contact to arrange a convenient meeting time.
Are the capsules suitable for year-round use?
Yes. Our capsules are properly insulated and can be equipped with appropriate systems, allowing them to be used at any time of the year.
What are the dimensions of a capsule?
Dimensions depend on the model. Available individual variants range from 6 m2 to 75 m2. Current and detailed model descriptions along with their dimensions can be found in the catalog.
Do capsules require a building permit?
Our offer includes, among others, residential capsules with a total building footprint not exceeding 35 square meters, as well as models offering larger usable area. The Construction Law Act, under certain conditions, allows investments in the form of building structures with a footprint not exceeding 35m2 solely based on a notification. However, due to the changing legal environment and the need for the future investor to also take into account conditions resulting from local legal acts, such as applicable local spatial development plans, we cannot provide binding general assurances regarding the lack of necessity for the investor to obtain a building permit for a specific capsule model. We recommend checking the applicable construction law regulations and the local spatial development plan (MPZP) each time, or in its absence, the zoning decision.
Do the capsules have ready-made installations (electricity, water, sewage)?
Yes. The capsules have internal installations completed and are prepared for connection.
How do I need to prepare the site where I want to place a capsule?
Level the ground, prepare utility connections: 230V electricity, water, sewage / ecological sewage treatment plant, accessibility for transport
What are the customization options?
We offer a choice of exterior color, various interior configurations and finishing options, additional equipment, as well as branding tailored to the client’s needs.
What are the costs of purchasing a capsule?
The capsule price is determined by the model choice and its size, configuration, and additional equipment. Thanks to full flexibility, you can create a solution perfectly tailored to your needs – from basic versions to the most advanced ones.
Our models are available in the range from 110,000 PLN to 420,000 PLN.
What is the order fulfillment time?
The standard production and delivery time is 14 weeks from the confirmed order date. The selected configuration may slightly affect the fulfillment time.
Transport and assembly.
Capsules are transported using specialized heavy-duty trucks. Most models are treated as oversized loads, which require a pilot convoy, permits, and generally can only be transported during nighttime hours (22:00-6:00). On site, we arrange a crane for unloading and positioning. We deliver capsules ready for use. Assembly is minimal and quick – all that is needed is proper preparation of the foundation and installations.
