Construction
- Reinforced steel frame ensuring stability and durability.
- Advanced insulation: high-density polyurethane board 50 mm and polyurethane foam 50 mm.
- Exterior walls made of aircraft-grade aluminum with fluorocarbon coating, resistant to weather conditions.
Design and comfort
- Panoramic glass walls made of double LOW-E tempered glass (6+12A+6) for maximum interior illumination.
- Aluminum door with double-glazed insulated glass package made of LOW-E low-emission coated tempered glass, equipped with a smart and waterproof access control lock.
- Large roof window with electric sunshade blind.
- Ceiling and interior walls finished with bamboo-carbon fiber panels.
- Composite floor with wood structure, based on cement-fiber board.
- External RGB LED Ambient lighting (4000K) resistant to moisture and damage.
Interior
- Recessed ceiling lighting, upper LED strip (3000K).
- Gree air conditioner with cooling capacity approx. 3.5 kW (1.5 HP).
- Haier water heater (storage type).
