The legal basis for the processing of personal data entrusted to us is the performance of a contract or taking actions at your request in order to conclude a contract, i.e. on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016;
In connection with the implementation of binding contracts, your personal data may be transferred to the following recipients: persons authorized by the Data Administrator to process personal data, and therefore primarily: – our employees who have been entrusted with duties related to the implementation of the above contracts, – processing entities to whom we will commission this task, – other data recipients, e.g. couriers, banks, IT providers, law firms;
Providing your personal data is necessary to perform the contract and is a condition for taking actions aimed at concluding the contract, accepting the order for implementation.
Your personal data will be stored at least for the duration of the contract and until the expiration of the limitation periods for filing official claims against the Data Administrator;

Video monitoring rules at the Company’s headquarters in Wrocław.
The video monitoring system, hereinafter referred to as monitoring, operates on the premises of the Company’s headquarters at ul. Sułowska 23, 51-180 Wrocław.
The main purpose of the monitoring is to secure the company’s property and ensure employee safety, as well as to prevent theft, vandalism, and other types of crimes. The image from cameras is recorded.
Recordings are stored for 7 days. After exceeding the possible recording time for a given device, recordings are deleted by overwriting them with new data.
Employees, customers, and other persons are informed about the operation of monitoring in the facility by appropriate signs.
The monitoring infrastructure may be modernized and expanded as necessary.
The Administrator is responsible for the proper operation of monitoring and its technical service.
Data from monitoring can be made available to authorized institutions, e.g. police, courts, prosecutor’s office, etc., within the scope of their proceedings.
Making monitoring data available is only possible on the basis of a written request submitted by the above-mentioned entities and forwarded to the Administrator in person, by fax, or by email as a scan.
A recording from monitoring can be transferred to the above-mentioned entities on an electronic medium (flash drive, CD or DVD) or via email and file transfer.
